Analysing proposed new legislation and regulation and making submissions to Parliament, regulatory bodies and the Constitutional Court;
Advice on the interpretation of, and the full implications of, proposed new legislation, as well as existing legislation;
Assisting with dealings with government, organs of state and public bodies, including in relation to public procurement, access to information, administrative decision-making processes; adherence to best practice, and compliance with the Constitution as well as other legislation
Advising South African organs of state as well as those of other African governments on measures to improve governance and regulation of natural resources;
