David is the Senior Partner of Webber Wentzel, a position he has held since 2006.

David joined the firm in 1984 and later became a partner in the firm's Corporate Services department. Recognised by numerous international directories as a leader in his field, his previous experience includes the privatisation of South African Airways (SAA), the financing of the SAA fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft and the Saldanha Steel Project.

For the past two and a half years David has concentrated on a full time basis on managing and leading the firm. He has, together with the Gordon Institute of Business Science, developed a four day leadership programme which has been attended by more than 100 partners.

In March 2008 he attended an executive education programme at Harvard Business School on Leading Professional Services Firms
