Management

The management of Webber Wentzel's business is under the control of a management board comprising the senior partner and six elected members, all of whom are equity partners.  One of the elected members must be a black partner, one must be a woman partner and one must be from our Cape Town office.

The board delegates its powers in certain areas of responsibility to elected committees of the board.  In the current year a black partner serves on three of those committees.
