The firm takes knowledge management seriously. Apart from ensuring service excellence and giving us a competitive edge, we view our investment in knowledge management as an investment in our people.

Kathy Colman, our partner who heads the Knowledge Management Department, works with the firm's management board to ensure that we implement a knowledge strategy aligned with the needs of the firm, its lawyers and clients. This includes monitoring changes to law and market practice, developing the "know-how" of the firm including precedents and a database of other internal reference materials; as well as liaising with our Professional Training Manager and the library to ensure that our lawyers are equipped with the tools that they need to provide the consistently high standard of legal advice that our clients expect of the firm.
