Webber Wentzel's Climate Change and Carbon Trading Practice Group hosted a breakfast seminar on the result of the UN Climate Change Conference 2009. The guest speaker was Stef Raubenheimer, lead facilitator of various South African studies into the planning of the low carbon economy, and consultant to top South African companies and facilitator of the Government's Long-Term Mitigation Scenario, was there, and will give us a comprehensive debriefing. Stef will also synthesize government inputs and international reaction, as well as the new initiative from the BASIC countries.
