MCAS Corporate Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd (“MCAS”) was formed in 2001 by Steven Chapman and Mallinicks Attorneys as a business and corporate consultancy.
Steven holds B Com (Hons) and MBA degrees and is a qualified CA (SA) with more than 10 years experience as a corporate consultant. Before entering the corporate consultaning field, he served as financial director at a number of companies operating in the property development, construction, financial services, manufacturing and import and export industries.
